Lauren Burns is a Christian speaker and host of The Redeemed Podcast, where she shares real stories of redemption, healing, and hope. Her message is rooted in her own extraordinary journey — surviving trauma, finding freedom through forgiveness, and discovering peace through surrender.

As a childhood kidnapping survivor whose story later inspired the NBC film Desperate Rescue: The Cathy Mahone Story, Lauren’s testimony is a living example of God’s ability to redeem even the most broken chapters of our lives.
